EDDIE 'LIL PRO' MERRINS

Oftentimes we hear about "living legends", unfortunately, though, we rarely have the opportunity to meet one. In my case, I have the great pleasure of not only meeting one, but spending quality time with one. I am proud to introduce you to somebody that I have a great admiration for and who I consider a cherished friend, Eddie "The Lil Pro" Merrins.

Lil Pro has been the head pro (now Emeritus) at Bel-Air Country Club for over 55 years. He hails from the great state of Mississippi and is a proud LSU Tiger. To say that Lil Pro broke the mold on being a "true gentleman" and steward of the game would be a gross understatement.

Supported by his Hollywood starlet wife, Lisa, and his two sons, Mason and Michael, we couldn't ask for a better johnnie-O representative than "Eddie."
