The Role 

Johnnie-O is looking for an amazing Wholesale Customer Engagement Associate to join our team in the Raleigh, NC office! Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, a team player, solutions-oriented and committed to ensuring that the Green Grass business operates smoothly and efficiently. We are also looking for someone who wants to grow, learn and make a large impact! 

Job Description: 

Customer Service, Operations and Sales Support for the Green Grass and licensing business 

Customer Service & Operations 

    • Serve as the front-line customer service and operations resource for the Green Grass and Licensed teams, which may include but is not limited to: Support sales reps and manage customer inquiries via both email and telephone 
    • Proactively communicate directly with customers 
    • Data entry including entering and adjusting orders 
    • Liaise with internal Johnnie-O teams for seamless order execution 
    • Work with the licensing team to deliver customer service and operational support 

Events 

  • Rigorously collect, organize, and manage all details associated with a given event order Assume responsibility for execution of that order from start to on-time delivery 
  • Communicate directly with the customer as necessary 
  • Work with the embroidery team to flag tournament orders, align on deadlines and resolve any issues or questions that may arise 
  • Staff gear/POS ordering 
  • Provide onsite event support if/where necessary 

Sales 

  • Aide the wholesale channel in selling efforts and generate opportunities to up- and cross-sell 
  • Provide onsite event support if/where necessary 
  • Proactively check in with accounts and key accounts in special programs 

Qualifications 

  • BA or BS, or equivalent, in related field 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. 
  • Full Circle and/or RepSpark experience a plus 
  • Green Grass experience a plus 
  • EDI experience is a plus 
  • Customer service mindset – with a willingness to go above and beyond 
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 
  • Detail oriented; strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Self-motivated and possess an outgoing personality 
  • Comfortable with building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, internal teams and management 
  • Effective at working in a team environment while managing individual priorities and duties efficiently
