We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team at johnnie-O store in Dallas, TX. As a Full-Time Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing company directives and standards, fostering a positive and inclusive store environment, and driving sales growth. Your leadership, planning, and communication skills will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Customer Engagement
    • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering product knowledge and styling advice.
    • Provide personalized shopping experiences, actively listening to customer needs and preferences.
    • Process in-store sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and availability to assist customers effectively.
    • Keep the store environment well-organized, ensuring products are neatly displayed and easily accessible.
  • Sales Goals
    • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through active selling and cross-selling techniques.
    • Utilize upselling opportunities to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Capture customer information and preferences for future engagement and follow-up.
    • Seek customer feedback and convey valuable insights to the management team.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is appealing to customers.
  • Operational Support
    • Assist in inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
    • Participate in regular store cleaning and maintenance activities to uphold a clean and inviting atmosphere.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills for processing sales transactions.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a passion for fashion and customer service.
