Johnnie-O Embarks on a Momentous 20th Year at the 2025 PGA Show with Fresh Collaborations and Exciting Announcements

New partnerships include content creators St. André Golf, Peter Finch, Danny Maude and more.

2025 marks Johnnie-O’s 20th anniversary, and we kicked things off last week at the PGA Show. New collections dropped, collaborations were announced, and we kept it all as fun as you’d expect.

“Selling four-button polos out of my car 20 years ago feels like yesterday,” says John O’Donnell, founder of Johnnie-O. “I still remember our first PGA Show booth—the 10x10 ‘Love Shack’—and how it all started. “It’s wild to see how far we’ve come. Celebrating this 20-year milestone with new designs like our anniversary polos and exciting partnerships is our way of honoring the journey. Hitting this mark is all thanks to our amazing team and the community that’s backed us every step of the way. We’ve got some exciting partnerships and designs in the works, and we can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes us.”

The Johnnie-O booth at the 2025 PGA Show embodied the brand’s evolution over two decades, showcasing new men’s performance golf apparel, footwear, and accessories alongside celebratory 20th-anniversary releases. As part of its 20th-anniversary celebration, Johnnie-O will reintroduce the 'Original' Original 4-Button Polo in a limited run and release a performance polo with a hand-drawn design, both nodding to the brand’s origins. Timeless fan favorites like sport coats and wovens appeared alongside elevated fall and winter layering options, giving attendees an exclusive first look at the Fall/Winter 2025 collection.

Johnnie-O also previewed its first-ever eyewear launch, slated for early summer 2025. Featuring premium Zeiss lenses with ultra-precision optics and 100% UV protection, the sunglasses are crafted with lightweight materials and designed for comfort during outdoor activities, from golf to casual outings.

For the first time, Johnnie-O expanded its women’s performance golf collection to green grass and wholesale accounts, following a successful 2024 DTC launch. The PGA Show also highlighted the brand's growing licensing business, featuring collections from the MLB, NHL, Collegiate, and various golf tournaments—offering premium fan gear for every enthusiast.

For 2025, Johnnie-O expanded its headwear line, making custom hats available in pro shops, collegiate bookstores, retail stores, and on Johnnie-O.com. Through a collaboration with Legacy/L2 Brands, the collection features five new styles, including 'The Roaddog,' a five-panel rope hat, strengthening its presence in green grass accounts and beyond.

Johnnie-O is excited to team up with content creators who are strengthening the brand's connection with consumers and golf enthusiasts:

  • St. André Golf: Brings humor to the game with comedic skits that showcase the lighter side of the sport.
  • Danny Maude: Captivates golfers with instructional videos designed to unlock their potential and inspire improvement.
  • Peter Finch: Engages a global audience with attention-grabbing content, sharing explorations of iconic courses and exciting golf matches.
  • Blair Wheeler: Brings humor and a family-oriented perspective to the world of golf as the "Golf Husband" of the internet, sharing his journey as a dad of three.

These collaborations highlight Johnnie-O’s ongoing celebration of 20 years, reinforcing its commitment to community and authenticity while building connections with golfers through humor, creativity, and shared passion.
